Refund & Returns Policy

At PixelEngrave.com, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their order. If you are not happy with your product, please review the policy below for details on returns, refunds, and order cancellations.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order will have entered production and can no longer be cancelled.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

* Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

  2. Once approved, ship the item back to our return address listed below.
  3. After the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a return is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

* Refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.

Coupon & Discount Code Policy

If the customer paid using a coupon or discount code, the refund amount will equal the amount actually paid after discount — not the original full price.

* Coupon value and discounts are not refundable as cash.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund after verification.

  • Incorrect product received vs. what was ordered
  • Item damaged during shipping (torn, scratched, etc.)
  • Printing error or manufacturing defect

No return shipping cost will be charged for defective or incorrect items.
