Shipping Policy

All products at PixelEngrave.com are custom-made and engraved by hand. Every order is produced individually, so the production and shipping process may take additional time compared to mass-produced items.

Order Process

  1. Order Confirmation – Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes your order number, items purchased, total amount, and shipping address.
  2. Production Time – Each product is handcrafted and engraved to order. Production usually takes 2–3 business days. We do not keep pre-made inventory.
  3. Shipping Confirmation – When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Shipping Time (Transit Time)

Standard shipping is available for all destinations. Estimated delivery time, excluding production time, is:

  • 10 – 14 business days from the date the package is handed over to the carrier.

Please note: Delivery time may be longer during national holidays or due to customs delays outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and number of items in the order.

Tracking & Insurance

All shipments are insured until delivered. A tracking link will be sent to your email once your package leaves our facility. You may track your order at any time using the link provided.

International Taxes & Duties

Import duties, VAT, and customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient. These are not included in the shipping cost and may vary depending on the destination country.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement if necessary.

Packaging

All items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. If the outer packaging arrives damaged but the product inside remains intact, this does not qualify as a defective item.
