Everything on the PixelEngrave is printed just for you, so a lot of thought goes into the way each item is made and shipped. We work with a global team of manufacturers and shipping services to get your order from the site to your door.
Every item shipped out of our warehouse is fully insured by carriers.

The package will be delivered after fulfillment. A shipping tracking link will be added to your order when it is shipped. If anything else is not announced, shipping fees specified in US Dollar (USD) will be displayed in checkout before the final payment step.

All shipments are sent by UPS or USPS. The order will be sent to the address you enter at the checkout. The shipping country is chosen at checkout. All prices, currencies, VAT, delivery times and delivery charges will be adjusted depending on the country you would like your items shipped to. Our website will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order that they have been received. You will receive a tracking link along with your shipment confirmation when your package leaves the warehouse.
PixelEngrave provides insurance coverage for every item we ship out. Note: You may be asked to sign for the package upon delivery.
If a shipped order was lost or damaged, the shipping carrier must conduct an investigation. Please contact support to initiate a tracer within 10 business days of the item shipping from our warehouse. If the package cannot be located, the shipping carrier will process a claim for the package. Claims can take up to two weeks to process. When the carrier claims responsibility for the loss or damage of your shipped item(s), insurance reimbursement will be issued to PixelEngrave, and the replacement item(s) will be shipped out. If the item(s) is no longer available, and a similar item is rejected, PixelEngrave will gladly refund your original payment.
If there are any noticeable discrepancies with your order or if the item delivered is the wrong item, please contact PixelEngrave to make any necessary corrections. Product discrepancies not notified to PixelEngrave within 5 days may not be eligible for replacement. Please do not use items that you believe are incorrect as it may void our ability to exchange or replace the items. For help with international shipping, please read our International Shipping Issues section. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your shipment if your item is defective. You may be asked to provide photographs of the discrepant item(s) to help us better assist you.
In the unlikely event that goods are received with damaged packaging, such as outer boxes, cases, instructions, manuals, etc. PixelEngrave reserves the right to replace the original packaging of products sold herein. PixelEngrave cannot guarantee a replacement of the manufacturer’s original packaging.
